6. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.

7. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Provide personalized learning experiences

Marketing and measurement. On our marketing site and, when enabled, our web app, we may load tools such as Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads (via the same Google tag when enabled), and other partners (for example TikTok) for measurement or advertising. We use these technologies to measure visits, improve campaigns, and understand which ads bring learners to KMA. We may store campaign parameters from the address bar (for example UTM fields and ad click identifiers such as fbclid, gclid, gbraid, wbraid, or ttclid) in your browser's storage for a limited time so links from our marketing site to our app can carry the same context.

We may also send server-side conversion events (for example when a subscription is confirmed) to measurement partners, sometimes using a hashed form of your email for matching, in line with those partners' requirements. We do not place your account password in marketing systems.

Payments. Subscriptions on the web are processed by trusted billing providers (including Stripe and, where applicable, RevenueCat for web billing). They receive the data needed to complete payment (such as card details through their secure forms); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Your choices. KMA is operated from Cairo, Egypt. Depending on where you live, laws such as Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) or other regulations may give you rights over your data; contact us at team@kmaarabic.com for requests. You can also limit many trackers through your browser or device settings, private browsing, or blocking extensions. Our marketing site currently does not use a separate cookie-consent banner; this section describes the main technologies we use.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this privacy policy.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. Third-Party Services

Our app may contain links to third-party services (payment processors, social media). This privacy policy does not apply to those services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
