By accessing and using the KMA Arabic Learning App ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

KMA provides an interactive Arabic language learning platform featuring lessons, quizzes, AI chat assistance, and progress tracking to help users learn Egyptian Arabic.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account per user is permitted

4. Subscription and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

5. User Content and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
• Upload harmful or inappropriate content
• Interfere with other users' experience

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the KMA app are owned by KMA and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
